1. Is food included?

Yes! The package includes two tea/coffee breaks and lunch.

2. How can I cancel my training subscription?

All purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or a colleague.

For a transfer, please email us at contact@alteredsecurity.com with details.

3. Will I receive a certificate for participating in the training?

Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of completion from Altered Security.

4. What is the maximum number of participants for the courses?

Each training course has a different maximum number of participants, determined by the course capacity and trainer’s requirements.

5. How do I pay?

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which supports bank transfers, wallet payments, UPI, and credit cards.

6. How do I request an invoice?

Please email us at contact@alteredsecurity.com to request an invoice.

7. How do I confirm if my registration was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address once the payment is completed.

8. Is transportation or accommodation included in the training?

No, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.

9. Do I get a discount if I register as a group?

Yes, a 5% discount is offered for group registrations of 5 or more participants.
