1. What should I do after purchasing a subscription?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours (or sooner) containing further instructions.
2. Where can I find the course material?
All course materials are available on the lab portal - https://enterprisesecurity.io/
3. Can I transfer my subscription to a friend or colleague?
Yes, please contact the lab support team for assistance.
4. I recently purchased the lab but can’t start the exam. It says, “Your subscription is not yet started!”
You can only attempt the exam during your lab access period or within 90 days after your lab expires.
5. Can I reschedule my lab start date?
Yes, as long as your lab hasn’t started and it’s within 90 days of your purchase.
6. Can I pause or disable my lab access?
No, pausing or disabling lab access is not possible.
7. Does the certificate expire? How can I renew it?
