Red Labs Platform - The Azure Red Teaming Playground

Hi everyone,
We started the Red Labs platform (BETA) (https://redlabs.enterprisesecurity.io/) a couple of years ago with the goal to bridge the skill gap in Azure Red Teaming. At the time, there were very limited places where professionals or students could practice real Azure attack techniques. Most learning was either theoretical or heavily simplified. We wanted to change that.
We designed the Red Labs Platform to enable professionals and students to practice Azure Red Teaming and attack techniques in the form of dedicated hands-on labs and challenges with exciting real-world scenarios. It acts as a playground where users can quickly update their skills without having to spend time on setting up labs or worrying about costs.
Even today, when we teach classes at BlackHat, DEF CON, online bootcamps and at our own conference, AltSecCON, I observe that Azure Red Teaming skills still need a lot of improvement. There remains a steep learning curve when it comes to learning and applying Azure security concepts. Lack of hands-on practice is still a problem.
I am glad to share that the platform has been of immense use to the community. The Red Labs Platform has served more than 11,000 professionals who have played 15,000+ challenges and have claimed 4,000+ badges.
As of today, the platform contains:
100 free Azure Red Team challenges under various categories.
19 badges to claim.
11 Learning paths. You can create your custom learning path too.
Two introductory courses to Azure Red Teaming -
An Introduction to Azure Penetration Testing
An Introduction to Azure Red Teaming
Instant (or super fast) challenge deployment.
Leaderboard and Dark mode :)
Today, we’re expanding Red Labs Platform further by releasing 10 new Azure Red Team labs.
These labs follow the same philosophy we apply when building our Azure Red Team certification environments - Certified by AlteredSecurity Red Team Professional for Azure (CARTP) and Certified by AlteredSecurity Red Team Expert for Azure (CARTE) - dedicated infrastructure, real attack paths, clear objectives, and complete solutions.
This release is part of our ongoing effort to give back to the red team community that continues to challenge us, push us, and help raise the bar.
We’ve learned a lot from your feedback so far, and we’ll continue to improve the platform with more frequent updates, new labs, and a better experience throughout 2026.
If you’re looking to sharpen your Azure Red Teaming skills through hands-on practice, Red Labs is built for exactly that.
